Dynamics of National Employment Models (DYNAMO)

Translated title Dynamics of national employment models (DYNAMO)
Description Are existing national models of employment within the EU converging towards a common European model and will this model be able to retain distinctive European features? Or is globalisation leading towards an adoption of the Anglo-American model? The project combines theoretical considerations regarding the path-dependent developments of national models and the impact of a global market on employment relations, educational systems, social security and equal opportunities with empirical surveys on both a national level and the level of selected sectors.
