The project is aimed at a qualitative assessment and evaluation of the European Working Conditions Survey, a representative study of working conditions, career prospects, work-related health risks and health outcomes and work/life balance among European workers. Within the project, survey respondents are interviewed again in more detail on their job situation and experiences. The focus is on respondents’ perception of their opportunities for career development and further qualification. |
