FORBA, Working Life Research Centre, Vienna has the legal form of a non-profit association.

Thomas Riesenecker-Caba is General Manager. The FORBA Board / Institute Management consists of Philip Schörpf (chairman), Bernadette Allinger (secretary), Georg Adam, Hubert Eichmann, Ingrid Mairhuber und Thomas Riesenecker-Caba.

The FORBA team currently consists of 15 people.
