FORBA, Working Life Research Centre, Vienna has the legal form of a non-profit association.

Thomas Riesenecker-Caba is General Manager. The FORBA Board / Institute Management consists of Georg Adam, Hubert Eichmann, Jörg Flecker (chairman) and Bettina Stadler.

The FORBA team currently consists of 14 people.
