The European Monitoring Centre of Change (EMCC) run by the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound) monitors changes in labour markets and serves as a one-stop-shop for information on restructuring. It integrates the quantitative and qualitative parts of the European Restructuring Monitor (ERM) and other Eurofound projects on restructuring and employment and provides comparative analyses on the 28 EU member states and Norway. As national corresponding centre, FORBA reports (in a consortium with the Institute for Sociology, University of Vienna) on topics related to developments in the labour market, employment policies and company restructuring.
